Our main office is conveniently located in the Physician Tower I at Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge with satellite offices in the Oak Grove Business Park in Prairieville and Baton Rouge General Bluebonnet Physician Plaza. Office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Individual physician hours and location may vary.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES

In the event of an emergency or if you think that you are in labor, call 225-922-3766 and the doctor or nurse practitioner on call for your group will return your call as soon as possible. All general medical questions and prescription refills, such as hormones and birth control, should be handled during our regular office hours, 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Due to the recent widespread abuse of FDA controlled substances, we can no longer refill prescriptions for narcotic pain relievers and other controlled substances after hours nor Saturday and Sunday.

The Appointment Desk can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm at 225-201-2010. We schedule by appointments only and do not accept walk-ins. For a list of physicians practicing at our satellite offices, please call the appointment desk. Have your insurance information available when you call.
When you come in for your appointment, please remember to bring the following:
- Driver’s License or State ID card with picture
- Insurance information
- Medications list (if any)
- New Patient Forms, if applicable
We ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice so your appointment time can be available for another patient seeking medical treatment.
