Dr. Wendy Holden-Parker is a board-certified OB/GYN at Louisiana Women’s Healthcare in Baton Rouge. A Baton Rouge native, she brings decades of experience and a calm, thoughtful approach to caring for women through every stage of life.
Dr. Holden-Parker specializes in preventive gynecological care and individualized treatment planning, with an emphasis on the least invasive techniques possible. She is passionate about helping women understand the full spectrum of fibroid treatment options, including uterine-preserving and minimally invasive solutions that align with each patient’s health goals.
In obstetrics, Dr. Holden-Parker prioritizes safe, positive birth experiences tailored to each patient’s needs and preferences. She supports unassisted vaginal deliveries when appropriate, offers Lamaze techniques and certified doula support for low-risk patients seeking a more natural childbirth experience, and is highly skilled in C-sections and assisted deliveries when needed.
